Ramada Hotel

The roof of the Ramada Hotel, proudly rising in the city's skyline, was threatened by years of wear and tear and water leaks, compromising the hotel's comfort and reputation. Providing waterproofing for this large area of approximately 1200 square meters was not just a repair, but an investment in the hotel's future. Our goal was to create a long-lasting and safe roof where guests could stay with peace of mind. The heart of the project lay in choosing the right materials. First, we used Epoxy Primer to prepare the surface. Epoxy Primer penetrated the ceramic surface perfectly, creating a solid and smooth base for subsequent layers. This was essential for the longevity of the insulation. Then, Pure Polyurea, the hero of waterproofing, came into play. Applied at a thickness of 2 mm, this material created a perfect barrier at every point of the roof thanks to its high elasticity and impermeability. Polyurea's fast curing property greatly contributed to the timely completion of the project. The final touch was made with Aliphatic Paint. This paint provided excellent resistance to UV rays, protecting the polyurea from the harmful effects of the sun and preserving the aesthetic appearance of the roof for many years. During the application process, the hotel's cooling systems, mechanical equipment, and complex pipe lines on the roof created significant challenges. However, our experienced team worked meticulously to overcome each obstacle. Broken and damaged ceramics were carefully repaired, and the gloss on the ceramic surface was removed with a diamond-tipped light grinding machine to ensure the adhesion of the epoxy primer. The correct thickness and homogeneous application of each layer were vital for the effectiveness of the insulation. As a result, the roof of the Ramada Hotel was covered not only with a waterproof barrier but also with an aesthetic and long-lasting surface. The project was completed on schedule, and the hotel management was extremely satisfied with the result. This project has once again proven that the right material selection, expert application, and attention to detail are the keys to a successful construction project.
