Vehicle Coating
Vehicle coating is an application that protects the exterior surfaces of vehicles from environmental factors, scratches, and impacts, and improves their aesthetic appearance. In particular, polyurea-based coatings offer a high-performance and long-lasting solution. Polyurea coatings shorten the application time thanks to their rapid curing property and ensure that vehicles are ready for use in a short time. Thanks to its high elasticity, it is resistant to impacts and prevents problems such as cracking and peeling. Its resistance to UV rays prevents color fading and ensures that the coating retains its original appearance for a long time. Corrosion resistance prevents rusting, especially on metal surfaces, and extends the life of the vehicle. Polyurea coatings are manufactured and applied in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The application thickness can vary between 2 mm and 5 mm depending on the intended use and surface properties. Since it is applied by spraying, a homogeneous coating is obtained even on surfaces with complex geometries. This application is also resistant to chemicals, which provides a great advantage when vehicles are used in industrial environments or harsh conditions. Polyurea coatings protect the value of vehicles and reduce maintenance costs.

Application Process
Surface Preparation
In the first stage, the vehicle surface is completely cleaned of dirt, oil, rust and old paint residues. Sandblasting or sanding processes are applied to metal surfaces to roughen the surface and ensure better adhesion of the polyurea coating. Light sanding and special surface cleaners are used on plastic or fiber parts. Windows, headlights, tires and other areas that will not be coated are isolated by masking.
Surface Drying and Dust Removal
After the surface preparation is completed, the application area is ensured to be completely dry and dust-free. All dust particles on the surface are cleaned using an air compressor or vacuum. This step is critical for the polyurea coating to adhere perfectly to the surface. Moisture measurement is taken to ensure that the surface is at the appropriate dryness.
Primer Application
A suitable primer is selected according to the surface type. Anti-corrosion epoxy primer for metal surfaces and high-adhesion polyurethane primer for plastic surfaces are used. The primer is applied homogeneously with a roller or spray gun and allowed to dry according to the manufacturer's instructions (usually 30-60 minutes). The primer ensures that the polyurea coating is bonded to the surface more strongly and reduces the risk of corrosion.
Polyurea Spray Coating
Polyurea coating is applied to the prepared surface using high-pressure and heated special spray equipment. The layer thickness is adjusted between 1 mm and 1.5 mm depending on the intended use. A thickness of 2-2.5 mm is generally preferred for the vehicle chassis, while a thinner layer (1-1.5 mm) is applied if full body coating is desired. Polyurea cures in seconds and is ready for use in a short time. After the application, the homogeneity and thickness of the coating are checked.
