Parking Lot Floor Coating
Parking lot floor coatings are specialized systems applied to floors with heavy vehicle traffic and exposure to mechanical and chemical effects to increase durability, ensure safety, and create an aesthetic appearance. Polyurea is an ideal solution for such floors. Thanks to its high abrasion resistance, fast curing time, and flexible structure, it prevents the reflection of cracks that may occur in concrete. Additionally, its waterproof feature protects the infrastructure and prevents damage caused by freeze-thaw cycles. This system, applied with a high-pressure polyurea machine at a temperature range of 60-85 degrees, adheres perfectly to the floor surface and provides a long-lasting coating. UV-resistant paint and parking lot lines applied on top of the polyurea coating enhance floor safety, offer an aesthetic appearance, and allow for trouble-free use for many years. Especially in open parking lots, UV resistance prevents color fading and material wear. One of the main reasons for choosing polyurea in parking lot floor coatings is its rapid applicability and the ability to open it to traffic in a short time. This feature allows parking lot operators to carry out floor renovation operations without disrupting the workflow. In addition, polyurea coatings offer easy-to-clean surfaces, which reduces maintenance costs and increases the overall hygiene level of the parking lot.

Polyurea Parking Lot Floor Coating
Polyurea parking lot floor coating is an ideal solution with its waterproof structure and fast curing feature. The floor is ready for use in a short time.
Application Process
Surface Preparation
The floor must be prepared for application. At this stage, all kinds of dirt, oil, dust, and loose particles on the surface are cleaned. A rough surface is obtained by using a diamond-tipped concrete grinding machine for concrete surfaces. If necessary, cracks and imperfections on the surface are repaired with special filling materials.
Primer Application
Solvent-free epoxy primer or polyurethane primer is applied to the prepared surface to ensure better adhesion of the polyurea coating. The primer fills the pores of the surface, creating an ideal base for polyurea. Primer application facilitates the penetration of the material into the surface and extends the life of the coating.
Polyurea Application
Polyurea is sprayed onto the floor by heating it in a high-pressure polyurea machine at a temperature range of 60-85 degrees. The application thickness is adjusted to be at least 2mm according to the floor requirements. Polyurea cures in seconds, creating a durable and flexible coating.
Top Coat and Marking
Special UV-resistant paints are applied on the polyurea coating to make the floor color and UV resistant. Parking lot lines, parking areas, and directional signs are also drawn at this stage. This provides both an aesthetic appearance and supports the safe and orderly use of the parking lot.
