Compared to traditional methods, polyurea's fast curing property allows projects to be completed in a very short time, which minimizes disruption to agricultural activities. Polyurea has high chemical resistance to natural acids and alkalis in the soil, thus extending the life of the coating and reducing maintenance costs. Thanks to its resistance to UV rays, it retains its properties even when exposed to sunlight for a long time. Its high elasticity adapts to movements in the ground and minimizes the risk of cracking. Before application, 500 gr/m² of polypropylene geotextile felt is laid to provide ground stabilization and protect the polyurea coating against mechanical damage. The coating, applied with a high-pressure polyurea machine at a temperature of 60-85 degrees Celsius and a minimum thickness of 3 mm, guarantees 100% impermeability of the pond. The fact that primer application is generally not required significantly reduces the application time and total cost. This system provides a reliable waterproofing solution for many years and requires minimal maintenance.

Application Process
Surface Preparation
The pond floor is cleaned of sharp-edged stones and other foreign substances. Leveling is performed if necessary. The surface must be dry and clean. 500 gr/m² of polypropylene geotextile felt is laid for ground stabilization, and the seams are fixed with a minimum of 30 cm overlap.
Polyurea Application
Polyurea coating is applied with a high-pressure polyurea machine at a temperature of 60-85 degrees Celsius, with a minimum thickness of 3 mm. Application should be done by experienced and certified applicators. Applying in layers ensures a more homogeneous coating thickness. Air conditions (temperature, humidity) should be considered during application.
Final Check and Test
After the application is completed, a water test is performed to confirm impermeability. The test duration and water level are determined according to the size and intended use of the pond.
