Foundation and Retaining Wall Insulation
Foundation and retaining wall insulation is critical to protect structures' parts in contact with the soil from water and moisture. Polyurea coating offers superior properties for such applications. Thanks to its high elasticity, it is resistant to cracks caused by ground movements. Its fast curing feature shortens the application time and reduces labor costs. Polyurea has been tested and certified according to international standards such as DIN and ASTM. It has high chemical resistance and is not affected by aggressive substances in the soil. Thanks to its UV-resistant formulas, it offers a long-lasting solution even in above-ground parts. High-pressure machines with a temperature resistance of 60-85 degrees are used during application. Correct application techniques and experienced teams are vital for the effectiveness of the insulation. Polyurea coating safely protects your foundation and retaining walls for many years.

Foundation Retaining Wall Polyurea Insulation
A waterproof, durable and long-lasting solution has been achieved with the polyurea coating used in foundation retaining wall insulation.
Benefits
Waterproof Protection
It completely prevents water leaks in your foundation and retaining walls, preventing structural damage.
Energy Efficiency
When applied with thermal insulation, it reduces energy losses and lowers heating and cooling costs.
Structural Durability
By protecting the reinforced concrete structure, it increases resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and chemical effects.
Fast and Effective Solution
Thanks to its short application time, it contributes to the timely completion of projects.
Polyurea Insulated Retaining Wall
Thanks to polyurea insulation, the lifespan of the structure has been extended by protecting the retaining walls from the harmful effects of water.
Application Process
Surface Preparation
The surface is cleaned of dust, oil, dirt and loose particles. Concrete surfaces are roughened with diamond-tipped concrete grinding machines. Necessary repairs are made and surface smoothness is ensured.
Primer Application (If Necessary)
If spray polyurethane thermal insulation is not to be applied, a suitable solvent-free epoxy primer or polyurethane primer is applied to the surface. The primer ensures better adhesion of the polyurea to the surface. The primer selection is determined according to the surface properties.
Spray Polyurethane Application (Thermal Insulation)
If thermal insulation is desired, spray polyurethane with a thickness of at least 3 cm is applied to the surface. Polyurethane is sprayed with a high-pressure machine to create a homogeneous insulation layer.
Polyurea Application
Polyurea coating with a thickness of at least 2 mm is applied to the prepared surface or polyurethane by heating it (60-85Β°C) with a high-pressure machine. Polyurea provides seamless waterproofing without joints.
Application Process Summary
The process, which consists of surface preparation, primer application (if necessary), spray polyurethane application (for thermal insulation) and finally polyurea coating steps, is meticulously applied by our professional teams.
Water Insulated Foundation Wall
By insulating the foundation walls with polyurea, a safe barrier has been created against water that may come from the ground.
