Aquapark
In aquapark applications, polyurea coating systems offer a unique solution for waterproofing and surface protection. High-performance polyurea is designed to withstand the harsh conditions of aquaparks. It exhibits superior resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and continuous water exposure. The rapid curing property of polyurea enables projects to be completed in a short time. Steps such as surface preparation, floor leveling, and primer application form the basis for the coating's long life and durability. Different color options and anti-slip applications provide aquaparks with an aesthetic and safe appearance. Polyurea coatings adapt to movements in the ground thanks to their crack-bridging properties and guarantee waterproofing. The application is carried out by expert teams with high-pressure spray equipment. A meticulous work is required to achieve a coating with the correct thickness and homogeneity. The use of polyurea in aquapark projects offers a cost-effective solution in the long run. Thanks to its durability, it minimizes maintenance and repair costs. Formulated in accordance with TS EN ISO standards, polyurea does not contain substances harmful to human health and is environmentally friendly.

Aquapark Polyurea Coating Application
Aquapark polyurea coating offers safe and long-lasting use by providing waterproofing and abrasion resistance.
Benefits
Long-lasting Protection
Polyurea coating secures your investment by protecting aquapark surfaces from water, chemical, and UV damage for many years.
Fast Application
Thanks to its rapid curing property, it accelerates the opening of your aquapark and minimizes operating losses.
Aesthetic Appearance
It adds visual appeal to your aquapark with different color and pattern options and increases customer satisfaction.
Safe Environment
It creates a safe environment in your aquapark thanks to its non-slip property and reduces the risk of accidents.
Aquapark Polyurea Coating Application
Aquapark pool floors with polyurea coating are protected against water leaks and gain an aesthetic appearance.
Application Process
Surface Preparation
Existing paint, dirt, algae, soap residue, and other contaminations are cleaned with high-pressure water jet or mechanical methods. If the floor slope is distorted or damaged, it is corrected using polymer-modified repair mortars. Concrete surfaces are roughened with diamond-tipped concrete grinding machines. Light sanding and wiping with solvent-based cleaner are performed on wood or fiberglass surfaces. The surface is ensured to be clean, dry, and sound.
Moisture Control and Primer Application
A moisture measurement is taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry. The moisture content should be below 5% on concrete surfaces. If necessary, drying is applied with a fan or heater. Solvent-free epoxy primer or polyurethane primer is applied to the surface. The primer fills the pores of the surface, allowing the polyurea coating to adhere better to the surface.
Polyurea Coating Application
Polyurea coating is applied using heated, high-pressure (2000-3000 psi) spray equipment. The application thickness varies between 2-4 mm depending on the usage intensity and design requirements of the aquapark. A homogeneous coating is obtained by applying in layers.
Top Coat and Control
If desired, quartz sand or colored granules can be sprinkled on the surface to provide slip resistance. In polyurea applications with low UV resistance, a UV protective top coat is applied to the surface. The coating surface is checked visually and manually. If any defects are detected, the necessary corrections are made. The aquapark can be opened for use after the quality control processes are completed.
Application Process Summary
Aquapark polyurea coating application requires detailed surface preparation, appropriate primer selection, and expert application with high-pressure spray equipment. In this way, long-lasting and durable waterproofing is ensured.
